strive to provide accurate values using comparables close to the property
and in similar condition. Having access to the Multiple Listing Service
(MLS), we have the ability to research the best properties that represent
the condition, value and location of your property.

drive-by valuation can be verbal or typed depending on your needs.
Ø Forms
can be sent via fax, e-mail, express carrier, or submitted online.
Ø We
provide digital photos in .jpg format of the subject and comparables when
requested. 35 mm photos can also be taken if required.
Ø Most
requests returned within 72 hours. In the case of an interior valuation,
72 hours after gaining access to the property.
